Throughout his past success in the design of alterations to a wide range of building types, he has been able to diagnose the cause and origin of an array of structural damage and deterioration. He has developed work scopes, repair details, and technical specifications to resolve distress to various façade types, concrete, steel and masonry structures, roofing systems, and below-grade waterproofing. He is a detailed and efficient cause and origin analyst of structural damage and construction defects. James has been certified by the NYC Department of Buildings as a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) and a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI).
